Kevin Eby is 42 years old and live in Bosque county with his wife Tracy and two children (Isabela, and William) . He has 25 years’ experience in Concrete construction, Metal building construction and various other construction trades. Kevin manages company sales, project estimates, customer relations, and overall operations. He enjoys spending time with his new (first) wife and their soon to be born first child, being outside, shooting, local politics and playing board games with friends. Kevin was born in Nebraska relocated to Texas as a child having spent most of his life in central Texas. He is a founding owner of Advantage Metal Buildings.
Philip is 39 years old and lives in Clifton Tx with his wife Rebecca of 10 years and three children (Molly, Elisha, and Josiah). He has 25 years’ experience in Concrete construction, Metal building construction and various other construction trades. Philip manages company finances, oversees all field operations, and is in charge of company advertising and hiring. He enjoys spending time with family, music, shooting and is active in local politics. Philip was born in Nebraska but says he's "spent his whole life in Texas because the good life doesn't start till you get to Texas". He is a founding owner of Advantage Metal Buildings.

My name is Kevin Eby, my brother and I started this company (at the time Advantage Concrete) over a decade ago (in the middle of the housing crash) with a very simple idea. To bring true customer service back to the construction industry, provide quality we were proud to put our names behind, and at prices the average person could afford. The timing was less than ideal, we didn’t have much money, and although we both had years of experience in construction, frankly we had no idea how to run a small business. But what we did have was a strong work ethic, families that believed in us and a dream and vision to strive for. Today I’m proud of what we have achieved, not just in dollars and cents, but in the people, we have helped along the way. It is an incredible honor to be part of making someone’s dream come to life. To have customers that turn into friends, and to know your efforts are providing a livelihood for those who work for you.
